Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to JITER: Journal of Innovative Teaching and Educational Research are required to follow the guidelines below:

  1. The manuscript must be an original work and has not been published or submitted simultaneously to another journal.
  2. The manuscript may be written in English.
  3. The manuscript should be typed using A4 paper size, with 1.5 line spacing, Times New Roman font size 12, and margins of 2.5 cm on all sides.
  4. The length of the manuscript should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
  5. The manuscript should be arranged in the following order:
    • Title
    • Author(s) name and affiliation
    • Abstract (150–250 words)
    • Keywords (3–5 words)
    • Introduction
    • Method
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  6. The title should be concise, informative, and not exceed 20 words.
  7. The abstract should briefly describe the background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion of the study.
  8. Keywords should consist of 3 to 5 relevant terms.
  9. Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and placed within the text. Each table and figure should include a clear title and source, if applicable.
  10. Citations and references must follow the APA (7th Edition) style.
  11. Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant references, with at least 80% of the references published within the last ten years.
  12. Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
  13. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  14. The journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees.
  15. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts, including the accuracy of data, quotations, and references.
