This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with the help of puzzle teaching aids on the understanding of geometry concepts of fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Sumberwaru, Banyuputih District, Academic Year 2024/2025. The problem underlying this study is the low understanding of geometry concepts of students caused by the lack of variety of learning models and the lack of interactive learning media used by teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Post-Test Only Control Group Design research design . The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class given treatment using the PBL model assisted by puzzle teaching aids, and the control class using conventional learning. Data were collected through a geometry concept understanding test and analyzed using a t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the average scores of the experimental class and the control class. The average score of the experimental class was 79.75 while the control class was 70.79. Based on the hypothesis test, the t-test value was obtained > t-table at a significance level of 0.05, which means Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model using puzzle teaching aids has a positive effect on students' understanding of geometric concepts
